We gave The Treasury a clear strategic roadmap that is guiding the implementation of shared services for other government agencies and IT services within the Treasury.
What we did
- Designed a dual service strategy in which Treasury will operate two distinct and separate businesses – a full service IT capability for both Treasury and related agencies; and a specialised, cost-effective range of focused business services for shared services customers.
- MXA developed a “strategy on a page” that compares and contrasts the two businesses. We surfaced the different customer value propositions of each and highlighted the importance of evolving services to maximise customer outcomes over time.
We gave The Treasury a clear strategic roadmap that is guiding the implementation of shared services for other government agenceis and IT services within the Treasury. The roadmap forms the basis for the approach to service delivery from the IT area, both for external and internal customers.
