- Examined options for the replacement of the agency’s receipting system, which was used by state branch offices in each capital city.
- Worked with executive and operational staff to understand the impacts of replacing the in-house system with a business service provided by an external supplier (Australia Post) through their shopfronts throughout Australia.
- Developed an actionable strategy.
The agency made significant savings in terms of staff costs on an on-going basis, whilst also improving the level of service provided to clients of the agency.
