Reviewed and assessed the requirements of the agency for an EDRMS. We then worked with senior executives to assess strategic options including:

  • Better utilisation of the existing EDRMS, including process improvements.
  • Replacement with a new system.
  • Approaches to procurement and business process improvement.

The result

The agency replaced its EDRMS with a new system, and adopted the standard recommended processes of the new system, resulting in significant improvements in records management and better adherence to government policy.
