  • Utilised affinity-based costing methods to estimate resources and funding needed for each project within $92m funding envelope.
  • Implemented an agile delivery methodology to fit the organisational culture and capacity to implement change.

The result

Working with the Program Manager and senior executive we created a leading example in the commonwealth government for excellence in program planning and management.

The program delivered on budget, on time and “on benefit” over the next 3 years.
